Part of the ministry of Rock of Israel is to make available teaching tools to help others have a better understanding of the scriptures, Jewish traditions, and how to share the Messiah with their Jewish friends. Many of our books were written by Ruth Specter Lascelle who taught at Seattle Bible College for many years, and who helped to create the Rock of Israel Ministries with her brother Hyman Specter in 1971.
