Warren Frankel was born and raised in the Bronx, New York in an orthodox Jewish home. He started Hebrew school at eight years of age and by the age of thirteen had committed to memory the Torah (first five books of the Holy Scriptures.) At the same time he was a talmeed, which is a student of the Talmud (commentary on legal and moral responsibility.)
When his dearly beloved grandmother died, bitterness and anger took over his life and he turned his back on Judaism. After his pursuit of ungodly things, at the age of seventeen, Warren found himself standing before a judge. "What is it going to be young man, prison or military service?"
In the Air Force he later met and married a beautiful young believer, Cathy Mullens, not having the faintest idea this meeting was ordained by God. For fourteen years Cathy prayed for Warren and in 1973, much to his own surprise, Warren came to a knowledge of Jesus Christ as his own Messiah and Lord.
In 1984 through some mutual friends Warren & Cathy were introduced to Hyman Specter, founder of the Rock of Israel Ministries. Two and a half years later Hyman asked them to join the staff. They sold their home and business and did exactly that.
Today both Warren and Cathy are serving the Lord in a full time capacity as teachers and evangelists on staff with the Rock of Israel Ministries. They have a deep understanding of Old Testament laws and ordinances, combined with a special emphasis and insight into Judeo-Christian relationship and Christ's fulfillment of the law. The Frankels are available to conduct Passover meetings or share exciting insights with your church or fellowship.
